Specialists in insuring buildings
Our firm was built on a single focus: real estate. We place commercial property and casualty insurance for apartment buildings, co-ops, condominiums, HDFC co-ops, mixed-use buildings and commercial property, with a practice centered on New York City’s five boroughs.
As an independent brokerage, we are not tied to any one insurance company. We market each account to insurers that write that class of real estate, compare the terms, and recommend the program that fits the building, its lender and its board.
